Return & Refund Policy
We commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. in such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request. We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that setempat.com is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Your refund may take a few days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money. Refunds will be made via Online Bank Transfer.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer must pay for the shipping in return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer). Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept back products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases and second-hand items (Depending on the products and the seller). Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or store credit. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will not be able to receive your refund for your item if you have already opened the product/item packaging (This refers to the original packaging not the courier packaging).
However, this does not apply to brand new fashion items (e.g., shirts, shoes, jewellery etc.). Fashion items can be returned even after the product packaging has been opened. However, do ensure that:
- The items are still in good conditions
- If you received the items with the original packaging (e.g., Shoe box), please ensure that the box is still in good condition and returned together with the item.
- Product tags and labels are still attached with the item

- Once our team confirmed that you can Replace/Return/Refund the item(s), you can send back the item(s) back to us at this address:

- We will inspect your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows our guideline, we will proceed to issue a refund or replacement for your purchase
We only replace items if they are defective.
Changes to our Return & Refund Policy
Should we update, amend, or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
